Andrew Koleros

Andrew Koleros is the director of research, monitoring and evaluation practice at Palladium. He has over 10 years of experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating development programmes in Africa and Asia, including over seven years of in-country work in Francophone Africa. He brings particular expertise in M&E systems development and strengthening, including evaluation, and research design and implementation. Andrew is currently the Results Director and Team Leader on multiple DFID-funded impact evaluations in the fields of security and justice and economic growth. He also holds an MPH from Tulane University and a BS from Stonehill College.
