Gail Stout Perry

Gail Stout Perry is Chief Strategy Officer for Corporater, leading global strategy development and implementation. Previously, Ms. Perry was CSO at Balanced Scorecard Institute where she led the consulting practice.  In addition to leading strategy formulation and execution for her employer companies, she has amassed over 25 years of strategy and performance management experience through her consulting work across multiple sectors. Some of her clients have included Fluor Corporation, ADP, NASA – Johnson Space Center, TATA Chemicals, the Government of Botswana, Intra-American Development Bank, Preferred Mutual Insurance, and the Office of Secretary of Defense.   She co-authored, The Institute Way: Simply Strategic Planning & Performance Management with the Balanced Scorecard, currently used in MBA curricula, and also has written many articles, whitepapers, and case studies on the topic of strategy management.
